New Zealand Just Became a Very Popular Destination because … COVID-19

New Zealand always was a popular place for people with money looking to buy property. The thing is it’s so far away that once people bought the property they not rarely actually saw it until finally COVID-19 gave them the ultimate reason for doing this. Dozens of wealth-holders flocked to their beloved bunkers, some only to find out that they forgot the codes for their doomsday habitats.

Anyway, besides bunkers, New Zealand is an absolutely amazing place not just for doomsday prepping and surviving, but also for many other occasions as well, just check out this view!

Wanna join the most exclusive club as of today? How excusive? Well, as of 2013 it includes only 7 members and the number will likely stay small in the next few years. I’m talking space tourism here. $20mil back in 2001 could have bought you a ticket to the ISS for a few days and place in the wikipedia hall of fame.

How expensive could an expensive apartment get? If you think you need to look at the New York Central park area to check out the price tags please rethink. Those “cheap” $20mln apartments are no longer the standard for really expensive life. How about $390mln?

70 apartments are for sale now in Odeon Tower, Monaco. This includes the most expensive ones two sky duplexes and a 1200 sq ft penthouse. So start saving, you’ll need a lot of piggybacks to stash all that cash necessary to buy the most expensive sq. ft. of apartment life on the modern market.

The Most Expensive Watch Ever

Believe it or not but this is not a candy, but the most expensive watch in the world. If you look closely you can actually see tiny hands in the middle of this colorful sparkling mess. Be assured it’s not the sophisticated mechanism that makes most of the $25mln price tag, but 201K total of diamonds. But honestly between this watch and the most luxurious private submarine I’d choose the latter and keep the $5mln difference.
